"" Jei nesusiejote savo 3D akinių su televizoriumi, pirmiausia juos susiekite. Norint patikrinti 3D vaizdo kokybę, televizorių ir 3D akinius, jie turi būti susieti.

Užsidėkite 3D akinius, eikite į Pagalba > Savidiagnostika ir pasirinkite 3D vaizdo patikra. 3D vaizdo patikrinimo parinktis parodo didelės raiškos vaizdą, kad galėtumėte atidžiai patikrinti, ar 3D ekrane nėra trūkumų ir trikdžių. Jei per patikrinimą nepavyksta nustatyti problemos, gali būti, kad problema yra susijusi su išoriniu įrenginiu arba ryšio stiprumu.

"" Jei patikrinimo vaizdas neparodomas arba jame yra trukdžių ar iškraipymų, tai gali būti televizoriaus problema. Pagalbos kreipkitės į „Samsung“ skambučių centrą.

"" Jei patikrinimo vaizdas rodomas tinkamai, gali būti, kad sutriko išorinio įrenginio veikimas. Patikrinkite jungtis. Jei nepavyko išspręsti problemos, patikrinkite signalo stiprumą arba žr. išorinio įrenginio instrukciją.
