If your washing machine malfunctions, you may see an information code on the display. If this happens, please check the table below and try the suggested solution before calling the Samsung Customer Service or your Samsung dealer.

4E2	•	Make sure the cold water supply hose is firmly connected to the cold water tap.
4E2		If it is connected to the hot water tap, the laundry may be deformed during the
		Wool cycle.

Hot	•	The internal drum temperature is higher than the pre-determined temperature.
Hot		The cooling cycle automatically runs to decrease the internal temperature. Wait
		until the cooling cycle finishes.
