Smart check

Für die Aktivierung dieser Funktion müssen Sie zunächst die App Samsung Smart Washer vom Play Store oder dem Apple Store herunterladen und sie auf einem Mobilgerät mit Kamerafunktion installieren.

Wartung

Die Funktion Smart Check wurde für folgende Smartphones optimiert:Mobilgeräte der Serien Galaxy und iPhone (gilt nur für bestimmte Modelle).

1.Drücken und halten Sie die Schleudern und Trockengrad-Tasten gleichzeitig

3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um in den Modus Smart Check zu gelangen.

2.Die Waschmaschine beginnt eine Selbstdiagnose und zeigt einen Informationscode an, wenn ein Problem erkannt wurde.

3.Führen Sie die App Samsung Smart Washer auf Ihrem Mobilgerät aus und tippen Sie auf Smart Check.

4.Halten Sie das Mobilgerät vor das Display der Waschmaschine, sodass das Mobilgerät und Waschmaschine einander gegenüber liegen. Die App erkennt dann automatisch den Informationscode.

5.Wird der Informationscode richtig erkannt, bietet die App detaillierte Informationen zum Problem sowie geeignete Abhilfemaßnahmen.

HINWEIS

•Der Funktionsname, Smart Check, kann je nach Sprache unterschiedlich sein.

•Wenn die Waschmaschine Licht auf der Anzeige reflektiert, erkennt die App den Informationscode eventuell nicht.

•Falls die App den Smart Check-Code nicht mehrfach erkennt, geben Sie den Informationscode per Hand auf dem App-Bildschirm ein.
