Afledning

Samsung anbefaler en stigrørshøjde på 46 cm. Afløbsslangen skal føres gennem holderen for afløbsslangen og ned til stigrøret. Stigrøret skal være stort nok til, at afløbsslangens ydre diameter kan gå ned i røret. Afløbsslangen er fabriksmonteret.

Gulv

For bedste driftssikkerhed skal maskinen installeres på et solidt gulv. Trægulve skal muligvis forstærkes for at mindske vibrationer og/eller belastninger på grund af ubalance. Tæpper og bløde flisematerialer er faktorer, der kan få maskinen til at vibrere og bevæge sig under centrifugering.

Vaskemaskinen må aldrig installeres på en platform eller på en dårlig understøttet struktur.

Omgivende temperatur

Vaskemaskinen må ikke installeres på steder, hvor vandet kan fryse, da der altid vil være lidt vand tilbage i ventil, pumpe og slangeområder. Frossent vand på disse steder kan forårsage skade på bælter, pumpe og andre komponenter.

Installation i alkove eller skab

For sikker og korrekt funktion skal vaskemaskinen som minimum have følgende plads omkring sig:

Sider - 25 mm

Bag - 51 mm

Top - 25 mm

Front - 465 mm

Hvis der installeres både en vaskemaskine og en tørretumbler sammen, skal der foran alkoven eller skabet være mindst 465 mm fri plads. Vaskemaskinen alene kræver ikke et specifikt areal med fri plads.

Valg af placering

Før du installerer vaskemaskinen, skal du sikre følgende for placeringen:

•At der er et hårdt, jævnt gulv uden tæpper eller andet gulvmateriale, der kan blokere ventilationen.

•At der ikke er direkte sollys.

•At der er tilstrækkeligt med ventilation.

•At der ikke er temperaturer under frysepunktet (0 ˚C)

•At der ikke er varmekilder som olie eller gas.

•At der er plads nok, så vaskemaskinen ikke står på sin egen ledning.
