Amplasarea maşinii de spălat

Pentru performanţe optime, maşina de spălat trebuie să fie instalată pe o pardoseală solidă. Pardoselile din lemn pot necesita ranforsări pentru a minimiza vibraţiile şi/sau încărcăturile neuniforme. Mochetele şi suprafeţele din gresie moale nu opun o rezistenţă adecvată la vibraţii şi pot provoca deplasarea uşoară a maşinii de spălat în timpul ciclului de centrifugare.

NU instalaţi maşina de spălat pe o platformă sau pe o structură cu susţinere slabă.

Temperatura apei

Nu instalaţi maşina de spălat în zone în care apa poate îngheţa, deoarece maşina de spălat reţine întotdeauna o cantitate mică de apă în supape, în pompe şi în furtunuri. Apa îngheţată rămasă în piesele de racordare poate deteriora curelele, pompa şi alte componente ale maşinii de spălat.

În cazul în care maşina de spălat este instalată în acelaşi loc cu un uscător, partea frontală a nişei sau a dulapului trebuie să aibă un orificiu de aerisire neobstrucţionat de cel puţin 550 mm. Instalată fără alt echipament, maşina de spălat nu necesită un orificiu special de aerisire.
