Smart Check

For at aktivere denne funktion skal du først downloade appen Samsung Smart Washer fra Play- butikken eller Apple Store og installere den på en mobilenhed, der er udstyret med et kamera.

Funktionen Smart Check er blevet optimeret til Galaxy- og iPhone-serierne (kun relevante modeller).

1.Når vaskemaskinen registrerer et problem, der skal undersøges, overvår den til tilstanden Smart Check, efter at den er blevet tændt.

2.Vaskemaskinen starter selvdiagnosticeringsproceduren og viser en informationskode, hvis der er registreret et problem.

3.Kør appen Samsung Smart Washer på din mobilenhed, og tryk på Smart Check.

4.Sæt mobilenheden tæt på vaskemaskinens display, så smartphonens og vaskemaskinen er rettet mod hinanden. Herefter genkendes informationskoden automatisk af appen.

5.Når informationskoden er genkendt korrekt, giver appen detaljerede informationer om problemer sammen med relevante løsninger.

BEMÆRK

•Funktionens navn, Smart Check, kan, afhængigt af sproget, være anderledes.

•Hvis der er stærkt, reflekteret lys på vaskemaskinens display, kan appen muligvis ikke genkende informationskoden.

•Hvis appen ikke kan genkende Smart Check-koden flere gange efter hinanden, så indtast informationskoden manuelt på appskærmen.
