Panel de control → Sistema → Hardware → Administrador de dispositivos

2Compruebe si aparece un dispositivo con un punto de exclamación o una marca de interrogación (visualizado como dispositivo desconocido o dispositivo USB).

3 Haga doble clic en el dispositivo que aparece con un punto de exclamación o una marca de interrogación.

-Si utiliza Windows 2000 y su versión de Windows no reconoce el controlador USB, descargue e instale el último paquete de servicio de windowsupdate.microsoft.com

-El método de instalación puede variar en función del tipo de PC o sistema operativo. Contacte con su distribuidor de PC o centro de servicios para obtener información sobre la instalación.

-Si tienen lugar errores continuamente cuando instala el controlador USB, vuelva a conectar el cable USB tras reiniciar el sistema.
