Dépannage

Le logiciel ne fonctionne pas.

●Vérifiez la configuration requise pour le PC.

Le lecteur ne fonctionne pas et rien ne s’affiche sur l’écran LCD.

●Retirer la façade amovible du lecteur et appuyer dans le trou de réinitialisation (RESET).

●Vérifiez l'état de la batterie du lecteur.

En mode Lecture, le fichier n’est pas lu après avoir appuyé sur .

●Vérifiez que des fichiers MP3 ou WMA sont enregistrés sur la mémoire intégrée.

●Vérifiez que le bouton HOLD n'est pas enclenché.

Les fichiers ne peuvent pas être téléchargés.

●Vérifiez que le pilote est installé correctement sur l'ordinateur.

●Vérifiez la connectivité du lecteur avec l’ordinateur.

●Retirez la façade amovible du lecteur et appuyez dans le trou de réinitialisation (RESET).
