Risoluzione dei problemi

Il software non funziona adeguatamente

●Far riferimento alla configurazione del computer richiesta.

Il lettore non funziona e sullo schermo LCD non viene visualizzato niente.

●Aprire il coperchio del lettore e premere il foro RESET.

●Controllare il livello di carica della batteria del lettore.

In modalità riproduzione, la musica non viene riprodotta premendo il tasto .

●Verificare che dei file MP3 o WMA non siano stati salvati nella memoria incorporata.

●Controllare che il tasto HOLD non sia bloccato.

Non è possibile scaricare file.

●Controllare che il driver sia stato installato correttamente nel computer.

●Controllare la connessione fra il lettore e il computer.

●Aprire il coperchio del lettore e premere il foro RESET usando un oggetto appuntito come una clip.

●Verificare se la memoria è piena.
