VOICE RECORDING

You can make a voice recording.

1.Select the icon on the main menu screen.

2.Select <Voice REC>.

The player starts recording.

You can also record by pressing and holding

the [ ] button.

Do not put the microphone too close to or far away

from your mouth as it may cause a poor recording.

Voice recording does not perform properly when the battery is low.

To stop voice recording

1.Ta p [ ] during the recording.

A message appears asking you if you want to listen to

theﬁ le you just recorded.

2.Select <Yes> or <No>.

Selecting <Yes> will play the just recorded ﬁ le.

Selecting <No> will not play the recorded ﬁ le.

The recorded ﬁ le is saved in MP3 format.

The recorded ﬁ le is stored in <File Browser> ĺ

<Recorded Files> ĺ <Voice>.

Each recording ﬁ le can be as long as 8 hours.

The player can store a maximum of 17 hours worth of recorded ﬁ les.

(based on 128Kbps, 1GB)

You can store a maximum of 999 ﬁ les for voice recording.
