Fitness
You can check your
expected calorie
consumption according to a
type of exercise, your body
weight, and the duration of
your workout.
Note
You must set the current time
before using Fitness mode.

page 36.

Set fitness information

Set a daily goal
Set your daily calorie consumption and a daily fitness goal.
In the main menu, select <Fitness>.
Select <Daily Goal>.
Set calorie consumption.
Set audio guide
Provide voice information while using Fitness mode.
In the main menu, select <Fitness>.
Select <Audio Guide>.
Select <On>.
Note
Audio guide is not available if you are listening to music or the FM radio.
