Programvaran fungerar inte

●Se våra rekommendationer vad gäller pc.

●Kontrollera det återuppladdningsbara batteriets status.

●Tryck på RESET (i hålet) på enhetens gavel med hjälp av ett spetsigt föremål.

●Om problemet kvarstår när du har återställt enheten, försök igen efter formatering.

Eftersom formateringen inte stöds av pc måste du formatera med Formateringsfunktionen i menyn.

Du står i PLAY MODE och trycker på -knappen, men ingen musik hörs.

●Kontrollera att enheten är inställd på Musikfunktionen.

●Kontrollera att det finns mp3- eller wma-filer i det inbyggda minnet.

●Kontrollera att inte HOLD-knappen står i låst läge.

●Kontrollera om REC-knappen är intryckt.

Det går inte att ladda ner filer.

●Kontrollera det återuppladdningsbara batteriets status.

●Kontrollera anslutningen mellan yepp och datorn.

●Kontrollera och/eller byt batteriet; starta yepp.

Bakgrundsbelysningen fungerar inte.

●Kontrollera inställningen.

●När det återuppladdningsbara batteriets laddning börjar ta slut tänds inte bakgrundsbelysningen, för att spara på laddningen.

●Kontrollera HOLD-knappens inställning.
