At SANYO, we aim to ensure that all customers are happy with their presentation systems. We therefore maintain particularly high quality standards for component selection and for ISO- certified production. SANYO provides

an after-sales warranty and support for projectors, giving you added security when installing and running your device.

3-year warranty

SANYO warrants the projector to be free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase. Should a defect occur within the warranty period under normal and proper use, we will arrange for the device to be repaired.

Lamp warranty

SANYO offers customers the following lamp warranties:

Extended lamp warranty

SANYO offers a lamp warranty for certain projectors. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is bound by restrictions based on the purchase date and service life of the lamp, whichever comes first.

SANYO's lamp warranty applies exclusively for the complete failure of the lamp and is not valid for regular wear and tear.
