Your computer or laptop may have bluetooth capability built into it, but not all computers will have the correct headset profiles, hands free profiles, or bluetooth version drivers to make it fully compatible with our bluetooth headsets.
If you can determine the name of the company that produced your computer's bluetooth chip, you can try to visit their website in an attempt to obtain the latest drivers/updates for your chip. If current drivers are not an option or if that didn't fix the issue, then to ensure full compatibility you may need to purchase our bluetooth adapter dongle named BTD800USB.
