Cleaning Tip: The Direct Steam Nozzle creates direct s team spray to clean and sanitize
hard to reach nooks & crannies and other p laces where germs may build up. Use th e
Direct Steam Nozzle to loosen and disl odge compact dirt ofte n found in corner and
tight places where traditional metho ds and cleaning tools tend to push dir t into,
making it tough to reach and clean. Spray dir ect steam and wipe clean with a w et cloth
or paper towel.
Using Your Removable Handheld Steamer with Direct Steam Nozzle

CAUTION: Do not press the steam trigger until
the Direct Steam Nozzle is snapped into t he main
nozzle of your Handheld Steamer.
4 To remove the Direct Steam Nozzle, press and
hold down the Handheld Release Butt ons. Then
slide out the Direct Steam Nozzle using the g rip.
CAUTION: Do not press the steam trigger
while removing the Direct Steam Nozzle. Avo id
touching the tip of the Direct Steam Nozzl e, as
this will be very hot after steaming.
NOTE: The Handheld Steamer may continue to
emit steam for a few seconds after the t rigger is
released. This is normal, and the steami ng will
eventually come to a stop.
FOR SPOT CLEANING AND STEAMING
2 First attach the Direct Steam Nozzle by pressing
the nozzle onto the Handheld Steamer until i t
clicks into place. (fig. 16)
3 The Handheld Steamer is automatically set to
SCRUB mode. Squeeze the steam trigge r to
activate steam. To change modes press th e ON/
STEAM SETTING button to s elect either DUST,
MOP or SCRUB mode. You can change the steam
mode while the Handheld Steamer is in stan dby
or in use. Once the selected setting indicator
light has turned blue, hold down the steam
trigger to start steaming. (fig. 17)
For effective cleaning, hold the steam output
nozzle 1-2 inches away from the surface you’re
cleaning.
