Changing the Display
Use DISPLAY on the remote control to change the
display on the front display panel.
Pressing DISPLAY changes the display as follows.

*1 The elapsed time is displayed during disc playback.
NOTE
If no buttons are operated for 3 seconds during the volume
display or sound mode display, the Function display
appears.

Using Headphones
Before plugging in or unplugging the headphones, reduce
the volume.
Be sure your headphones have a 1/8" (3.5 mm) diameter
plug and are between 16 ohms and 50 ohms impedance.
The recommended impedance is 32 ohms.
While headphones are connected, sound is not produced
from the speakers.
You cannot use the surround feature with headphones.

To Dim the Display
If you feel that the display on the main unit is too bright
when watching movies, you can dim the display.
Buttons under the cover
Press DIMMER to dim the display.
Press DIMMER again to cancel dim.
Operating a SHARP TV Using the
Remote Control
The Universal Remote Control may operate the basic
functions of the SHARP TV.
