Handsfree talking during a call
,Activate handsfree talking.
Set the volume: press the handsfree key ,once
more.
Raise or lower the volume.
6DYH Save the volume l evel.
!Change from handsfree talking to the handset.
End the call.
Muting the microphone
If, during an external call, you wish to talk to other people
in the room in confidence you can switch off the micro-
phone. The external caller will then not be able to hear
your conversation. Y ou will also not be able to hear the ex-
ternal caller.
Mute the microphone – the call is placed on hold and
the external caller will hear music.
Re-activate the microphone:
SPress to return to the external caller.
Copying a telephone number to the directory
You can copy a telephone number to the directory dur-
ing a call.
You are conducting an external call:
AOpen the menu

Copy to Directory Select the menu item and confirm.
An input field opens in which you can enter the tele-
phone number and the name of the caller. If the incom-
ing call number has been transmitted it appears in the
input field.
QEnter the name of the caller if necessary.
AOpen the menu.
