Assigning authorisation from the

handset

You can use this function to prevent individual hand-
sets from dialling external numbers.
You can set the following authorisations
OInternal+external – the handset can be used with-
out restriction
OExt incoming – the handset can be used for internal
calls, and external calls can be accepted
OInternal only – the handset can only be used for in-
ternal calls
Display the list of the internal users.
 Select the required handset.
AOpen the menu.

Select the function.
PINEnter the PIN and confirm
(factory setting 0000).
Select the required authorization and store.
Terminate the function.
You can use barred handsets to dial the emer-
gency numbers stored at the base station (see
page 75).
