Saving the prefix (APL)

Prerequisite: It is necessary for your PABX to enter a

prefix, such as “0”, before the telephone numbers for

external calls.

Switching temporarily to tone dialling

If your PABX still operates with dial pulsing (DP) but

tone dialling (DTMF) is required (for example to check y-

our mailbox) you must switch to tone dialling (DTMF)

during the call.

ONo prefixes must be entered for SMS service

Centre numbers.

Only if your PABX is connected to the analogue

fixed network will your Gigaset's mailbox fea-

tures be active.
