Inserting a CD
Open the CD compartment on the top of the device (OPEN/CLOSE 2).
Insert a CD with the inscripted side up.
Close the CD compartment. The entire list of titles on the CD is shown in the
display 5.
NOTICE
If no CD is inserted or the device can not read the fi les on the inserted CD, ►
NO will appear in the display.
The device can not read MP3 CDs. ►
Playback start/pause/stop
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button 16 to start playback.
The indicator "PLAY ►" and the number of the current title appear in the
display 5.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button 16 to pause playback. The indicator "PLAY ►"
blinks and the number of the current title is shown in the display 5.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button 16 again to continue with the playback.
Press the STOP button 15 to end playback.
Search function
Press the SKIP-/MIN button 13 briefl y to skip to the begining of the current
title and then respectively skip a title backwards.
Press the SKIP+/HOUR button 14 to respectively skip a title forwards.
Repeat function
Press the REP button 17 once to constantly repeat the current title.
The repeat indicator "REP 1" is shown in the display 5.
Press the REP button 17 twice to repeat the entire CD.
The repeat indicator "REP ALL" is shown in the display 5.
Press the REP button 17 three times to end the repeat function.
