Clean Reset
A clean reset is designed to revert the device to its factory
default settings (or the latest service pack ROM update). All
installed programs, data and registry settings will be cleared. A
clean reset also drives the processor with a hardware reset, thus
clearing all system states, including the date and time.
CAUTION: A CLEAN RESET IS MORE POWERFUL THAN A SOFT OR
PREFERENCES AND OTHER SETTINGS INCLUDING DATE AND TIME
FACTORY DEFAULTS. ALL DATA, RECORDS

HARD RESET. IT WILL DELETE ALL USER APPLICATION FILES AND
FOLDERS. WHEN YOU PERFORM A CLEAN RESET, FORMATS,
ARE RESTORED TO THEIR
AND ENTRIES, EXCEPT THOSE STORED IN ROM, WILL BE ERASED
NOTE: If you set a security password on the SoMo 650 and
o perform a clean reset:

Press and hold the Left Programmable Application Button, the
Calendar and Contacts shortcut buttons on your SoMo 650.
forget it, a clean reset will remove the password setting.
