Picture
The power does not turn on.
The disc does not play.
Sound
There is no picture or no sound when connected to the HDMI OUT jack.
There is no picture or picture noise appears when connected to the HDMI OUT jack.
No sound is output from the HDMI OUT jack.
The sound is not output correctly when connected to the HDMI OUT jack.

Operation
The disc tray does not open and you cannot remove the disc even after you press Z.
The player does not respond to any button.
