Editing the Phonebook
Use this option for calling, editing, deleting or copying phonebook entries. The editing of entries is possible by Name, Number or by Note.
Editing a name/number
1 Rotate the Jog Dial in standby mode to open the Phonebook.
2 Rotate the Jog Dial to select the name/number you want to edit and press the Jog Dial.

Press the Jog Dial for a menu of editing options:
•Name editing options:
—Select View to see the complete name.
—Select Edit Name to change the name.
—Select Delete Entry to erase the name from the Phonebook.
—Select Copy Entry to copy the entry from one memory location to another.
•Number editing options:
—Select Call to call the number.
—Select View to display the number.
—Select Edit Type to change the type of number (e. g. Mobile, Fax, etc.).
—Select Edit Number to change the number.
—Select Delete to erase the number from the Phonebook.
—Select Copy to copy the number from one memory location to another.
Press the Jog Dial to confirm the selection.
