Press ZPUSH OPEN/CLOSE to	With the side you want
open the tape compartment and insert	to play facing up
a recorded tape. Use TYPE I
(normal) tape only .

Press ZPUSH OPEN/CLOSE to close the compartment.

The player turns on (direct power-on) and starts playing.
