•Inserttheprintpaper straightalongtheguide totheleftofthepaper inlet.Ifthepaperis positionedtotheright orslanted,theprinting areamaybeoutof position.
•Thepapermaynotbe loadedautomaticallyif youdonotinsertthe paperfirmly.
•Youcannottypeonthe printingsurfacebefore printing.Ifyouwantto writegreetingsordraw ontheprintingsurface afterprinting,usean oil ink pen.
•Donotattachasticker orsomethingonthe printingsurfacebefore printing.
•Whenhandlingthe printpaper,donot touchtheprinting surface(shinyside wherenothingis printed). Also,donot placeprintpaperina dustylocation. Fingerprintsorduston theprintingsurface mayresultinimperfect printing.
•Donotprintonsticker paperwhichhas alreadybeenpeeledoff.
•Usetheprintpaper recommendedforthis printeronly.
•Donotfoldorbendthe printpaper.
Inserttheprintpapersheetbysheet. Use the print paper designated for this printer only.
1 Turnonthepoweroftheprinter.
The POWER indicator lights up.
2 Followprintingprocedures.
After pressing PRINT, the paper supply indicator flashes. Fordetails,seepages19to35.
3 Inserttheprintpaperstraightwithitsblank printing surface facing up and along the guide to
the left of the paper inlet.
Insertthepaperuntillessthan2cm(approx.0.8 inches)remains. Thepaperisautomaticallyloaded whenprintingstarts.
