Send by TransferJet
TransferJet is a close-up, wireless transfer technology that allows data to be transferred by
closely aligning two products that you want to communicate with each other.
To find out whether your camera is equipped with the TransferJet function, check for the
(TransferJet) mark on the bottom of the camera.
Using Memory Stick with TransferJet (sold separately), you can transfer image data between the
camera and TransferJet-compatible devices.
For more details on TransferJet, see the operating instructions supplied with Memory Stick with
TransferJet.

1Insert Memory Stick with TransferJet into this camera, then press the

(Playback) button.

3Send image data by aligning (TransferJet) marks on the camera and

other device.

A beep sounds when the connection is successful.
Only still images can be transferred.
You can send up to 10 images at a time.
Set [TransferJet] to [On] in (Settings) (page 107).
On an airplane, set [TransferJet] to [Off] in (Settings) (page107). In addition, follow the rules of the
place where you use.
The connection is cut if transfer cannot be made within about 30 seconds. In that case, select [Yes] in the
resending confirmation screen and aligning (TransferJ et) marks on the camera and other device
again.
In some countries or regions, Memory Stick with TransferJet, or a TransferJet-compatible camera may
not be available, depending on local regulations (active and pending).
Outside the country or region of purchase, set [TransferJet] to [Off]. In some countries or regions, the use
of TransferJet may be subject to punishment according to local radio wave regulations.
(This Image) Sends the currently displayed image in single-image mode.
(Multiple
Images)
You can select and send multiple images.
Do as the following after step 2.
1Select an image then press z.
Repeat the above step until there are no more images to be sent.
Select an image with a mark to release the mark.
