Troubleshooting
If you experience trouble with your camera, try the following solutions.
1Check the items on pages 76 to 86.
If a code such as “C/E:ss:ss” appears on the screen, see page 87.
2Remove batteries, and insert batteries again after about one minute, and turn on the power.
3Initialize the settings (page 49).
4Consult your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.
Please understand that you give your consent that the contents of the internal memory may be checked when you send your camera to be repaired.
