Efecto envolvente virtual en el que el sonido parece provenir no solamente de dos altavoces delanteros (derecho e izquierdo), sino también de un altavoz central, dos traseros (derecho e izquierdo), y un subwoofer (cuando está encendido DOLBY DIGITAL).

El procesador envolvente digital identifica y procesa automáticamente de acuerdo con el formato de la señal de entrada de audio.

Cuando está encendido el indicador DOLBY DIGITAL: Se está procesando audio grabado en el formato Dolby Digital de 5.1 canales.

Cuando está encendido el indicador DOLBY SURROUND: Se está procesando audio grabado en el formato Dolby Surround (Pro Logic).

Nota

Durante la entrada Dolby Digital, las fuentes de sonido monoaural que no puedan ser procesadas con el efecto envolvente serán identificadas automáticamente y reproducidas por dos canales (izquierdo y derecho), incluso aunque esté seleccionado el modo VIRTUAL SURROUND. En este caso, los indicadores DOLBY DIGITAL y DOLBY SURROUND se apagarán.
