•This unit or the Memory Stick™ media is not inserted correctly.

•The device driver is not or is installed improperly.

tInstall or remove and re-install the device driver from the CD-ROM (supplied). (Page 11)

The Memory Stick™ media cannot be accessed from Explorer or My Computer (Computer).

•No Memory Stick™ media is inserted.

tInsert the Memory Stick™ media.

The access lamp does not turn on when the Memory Stick™ media is inserted.

•The connector of the Memory Stick™ media is dirty.

tCheck for dust or dirt on the

connector of the Memory Stick™ media.

Remove any foreign matter and re- insert the Memory Stick™ media.
