Connecting a TV

You can connect a TV directly to your computer. In order to be able to use a TV screen, you also have to enable TV-Out.

To connect a TV to your VAIO desktop, proceed as follows:

1Plug one end of the S-Video connector into the TV-Out outlet on the back of your computer.

2Plug the other end of the S-Video connector into your TV.

To enable TV Out, proceed as follows:

1Go to the Control Panel.

2Click on the Appearance and Themes icon.

3Click on the Display icon.

The Display Properties dialog box appears.

4Click the Settings tab.

5Select Advanced.

The ...NVIDIA GeForce MX 460 dialog box appears.

6Click the View tab.

7Select the Device Settings button.

8Click Select Output Device... and select the desired display.
