Before using the remote for the first time

Be sure to turn on the receiver and point the remote towards the receiver when performing the following procedure.

Press RM SET UP.

The set up list appears.

Move the easy scroll key to select “AMP REGIST”, then press the key to enter the selection.

The AMP REGIST list appears. When the receiver name is already registered, it appears on the second line.

Move the easy scroll key to select “START”, then press the key to enter the selection.

After “SEARCHING” appears, the model name appears. The remote is optimized for the model. (For TA-DA9000ES, VIDEO4, VIDEO5, and i.LINK are added in the input list.) If the model name does not appear, check the followings and start over from step 1.

•The power is turned on.

•The remote is kept pointing toward the receiver until the model name appears.
