To record with the Dolby NR system

Set DOLBY NR to ON, and select B, C, or S (TC-WE825S only) before you start recording.

To record FM broadcasts with the Dolby NR system

If the FM reception is unsatisfactory, set DOLBY NR to ON FILTER (multiplex filter) (see page 22).

To adjust the recording level manually

After pressing REC rin Step 4 on page 6, turn REC LEVEL so that the peak level meters reach the recommended level for the corresponding tape type. After completing the adjustments, stop playing the program source, then continue the procedure from Step 5.
