Inserting a Memory Card

To insert a memory card

1Slide open the front panel door with your fingertip.

2Locate the SD memory card slot (page 14).

3Hold the memory card with the arrow facing upward and pointing toward the memory card slot.

4Carefully slide the memory card into the slot until it clicks into place. Do not force the card into the slot.

If the memory card does not go into the slot easily, remove it gently and verify you are inserting it in the proper direction.

While a memory card is in the slot, you cannot close the front panel door. A forceful attempt to close the door may damage both your computer and the media.
