To restore files to the phone memory
1Select Menu > Organiser > File manager > Backup.
2Select Options > Restore.
3Select the files you want to restore, and select OK.
4Select Yes.
Clock

Alarm clock

The alarm sounds even if the phone is turned off. When the alarm sounds, you can silence
it or turn it off. You can set the alarm not to sound when the phone is in silent mode.
To set a new alarm
1Select Menu > Organiser > Clock > New alarm.
2Select Alarm time: and enter the time.
3Select Description and enter the alarm title.
4Select Repeat and select an option.
To snooze the alarm
•When the alarm sounds, select Snooze to stop the alarm for a certain time period.
To turn off the alarm
•When the alarm sounds, select Stop.
To remove an alarm
1Select Menu > Organiser > Clock > Alarms.
2Select an alarm and select Options > Delete alarm.
To set the alarm tone
1Select Menu > Settings > Phone > Date and time > Clock alarm signal.
2Select an option.
To set the alarm snooze time
1Select Menu > Settings > Phone > Date and time > Alarm snooze time.
2Set a time between 1 and 60 minutes and select OK.

World Clock

You can view the current time at different locations around the world.
To add a location
1Select Menu > Organiser > Clock > World clock > Options > Add location.
2Select an option.
To set a current location
•Select a location, and select Options > Set as current location.
Calendar
To add a new entry
1Select Menu > Calendar.
2Select a date.
3Select Options > New entry.
4Select an option.
