Camera Mode Options
When the phone is in camera mode, press Options
(right softkey) to display additional camera options:
䢇Selftimer to activate the camera’s timer. (See “Setting
the Selftimer” on page 108 for details.)
䢇Multi Shot to select an option from the following:
䡲Series Shot to take multiple shots. (See “Taking
Multiple Shots” on page 109.)
䡲Divided Shot to take up to 16 images (4, 9, or 16)
that are then combined into a single picture.
䢇Fun Tools.. to select an option from the following:
䡲Fun Frames to select your favorite fun picture frame
to decorate your picture.
(The default setting is None.)
䡲Color Tones to select a wide variety of color tones
for the picture. (The default setting is None.)
䢇Controls.. to select an option from Brightness, White
Balance, Night Shot, or Metering.
䡲Brightness to adjust the image brightness level.
Press the navigation key up (increase) or down
(decrease) to select a setting.
(The default setting is 0.)
䡲White Balance to adjust white balance based on
changing conditions (Auto, Sunny, Cloudy, Tungsten,
Fluorescent, or Manual). (The default setting is Auto.)
䡲Night Shot to activate low light image capture.
Enabling this feature allows you to take better
quality photos in low light conditions.
䡲Metering to allow the phone to sample the area
being photographed and then determine the best
light levels. Choose from either Spot (a specific
area of the image) or Average (the entire image is
sampled and then an average reading is used).
䢇Settings.. to select Resolution, Quality, Shutter Sound,
Status Bar or Storage. (See page 110 for details.)
䢇Launch to review pictures or launch the camcorder.
Setting the Selftimer
1. From camera mode, press Options (right softkey) >
Selftimer.
2. Highlight the length of delay you want the timer to
use (5 Sec or 10 Sec) and press .
(The default setting is Off.)
