Instructions for use

Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.

The TL-31 vertical standing heater complies with European standards EN-60335-2-30. Before operation we advise to check the condition of the appliance as any manufac- turing fault is covered by the S&P guarantee.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

SAFETY WARNINGS

-The heater must not be located immediately under an electri- cal socket.

-Do not cover the heater with objects that prevent the air cir- culating freely. Obstructing the airflow increases the risk of overheating.

-While the heater is in opera- tion, the cable should not be right in front of the air outlet.

-Inflammable objects (curtains, etc.) should not be situated wit- hin 50 cm of the circle of hot air.

-Always ensure that the air inlet and outlet grilles are clean. Before cleaning the appliance ensure that the unit is discon- nected from the mains electri- cal supply.

-Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.

-If the power supply cable is damaged, then it must be replaced in one of our authori- sed repair workshops and by authorised personnel in order not to invalidate the guarantee.

-Do not use this appliance within the spray zone of a bath, a sho- wer or a swimming pool.

Thermostat control

The purpose of the adjustable ther- mostat is to automatically switch the unit ON and OFF at a selected tem- perature to maintain a continuous desired temperature in the surroun- ding environment. The intermediate positions of the thermostat control apply to different temperature levels. If the room temperature is high, the thermostat will usually disconnect the appliance.

Operation

1.Before switching the unit ON, first check that the electrical supply voltage coincides with the voltage indicated on the product name plate.

2.Extract the cable that is located inside the appliance and plug it into the socket. As this is an
