CHANGING FROM CELCIUS TO

FARENHEIT AND VICE VERSA

The 3 in 1 Family Thermometer can display temperature measurements in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.

To switch the scale from °C to °F or vise versa, press the O/I button for more than 3 seconds, and the unit is changed from °C to °F, then the device enters to measuring mode automatically.

MEASURING THE TEMPERATURE

Your 3 in 1 Family Thermometer will always attempt first to calculate the temperature with the predictive technology in Prediction mode If correct measurement in the Prediction mode is repeatedly impossible (e.g. failure to position the probe adequately) the instrument automatically switches to Regular mode

In this mode the temperature is determined as with a conventional digital medical thermometer by extending the measuring time.

3180 specifications

The Summer Infant 3180 is a versatile and innovative baby monitor designed to provide parents with peace of mind while ensuring they remain connected to their little ones. Featuring a sleek and modern design, this monitor is equipped with advanced technologies that facilitate high-quality audio and visual monitoring, making it a popular choice among new parents.

One of the standout features of the Summer Infant 3180 is its large, high-resolution wide-angle video display. This allows parents to have a clear view of their baby, whether they are in the same room or across the house. The monitor offers a 100% digital transmission, which guarantees privacy and eliminates interference from other electronic devices. This digital connection ensures that parents can always see and hear their baby clearly, providing reassurance during sleep times.

The Summer Infant 3180 is equipped with infrared night vision technology, which enables parents to monitor their baby even in low-light conditions. This feature is particularly useful for night-time feedings or check-ins, as it allows parents to see their child without needing to turn on bright lights that could disrupt their sleep.

Additionally, this baby monitor features a two-way communication system. This allows parents to soothe their baby using their own voice from another room, providing comfort and reducing the likelihood of distress for the infant. The monitor also includes a built-in temperature sensor, so parents can keep an eye on the nursery's temperature, ensuring it remains within a comfortable range for their baby.

Another notable characteristic of the Summer Infant 3180 is its range. With a robust wireless range of up to 600 feet, parents can move around their home freely while staying connected to their child. This level of mobility is especially advantageous for busy parents who may need to complete household tasks while keeping an ear out for their baby.

The device is designed with user-friendly controls, making it easy for even the most technologically challenged parents to navigate. With features like adjustable volume levels, zoom capabilities, and the availability of multiple camera connections, the Summer Infant 3180 continues to evolve with the needs of families.

In summary, the Summer Infant 3180 is a comprehensive baby monitoring solution that combines high-quality video and audio, ease of use, and essential features designed to provide parents with the confidence they need to care for their newborns safely and effectively.
