To turn the ringtone on or off

Press and hold from standby. All signals except the alarm signal are turned on or off.

To set the ringtone volume

1} Settings } the Sounds & alerts

tab } Ring volume and press or to decrease or increase the volume.

2} Save to save the setting.

To set the vibrating alert

}Settings } the Sounds & alerts tab } Vibrating alert and select the setting you want.

From Settings } the Sounds & alerts tab, you can set:

Message alert – select how you want to be notified of an incoming message.

Key sound – select what sound you want the keys to make when you press them.

Transferring files using the USB cable

When you connect your phone to a computer using the USB cable, the Memory Stick Duo appears as a drive on the computer. You can install the USB cable drivers using the CD that comes with your phone,

Make sure you only use the USB cable that comes with the phone, and that you connect the USB cable directly to your computer.

You can use the drag-and-drop functionality in your computer to:

Transfer files between your phone and the computer.

Move, delete and organize files on the Memory Stick Duo.

Files must be saved in specific folders on the Memory Stick Duo:

Pictures must be saved in \MSSEMC\Media files\image\

Music must be saved in \MSSEMC\Media files\audio, or copied using Disc2Phone,
