If your speaker wire ends have banana plugs, simply insert them into the terminal openings without loosening the terminals.
Note: Your local RadioShack store has a wide selection of speaker wire and banana plugs.
If your speaker wire ends are plain wire without plugs, follow these steps to connect the speaker to your amplifier.

1.Separate the wire’s two conductors about 1 inch at each end.
2.Remove about 1/4 inch of insulation from the ends of each wire.
3.Turn the speaker’s positive (+) terminal (with a red stripe) counter- clockwise to loosen it and insert one end of the ridged or striped wire into the opening. Then turn the terminal clockwise to tighten it.
4.Turn the speaker’s negative
5.Connect the other end of the ridged or striped wire to the amplifier’s positive
(+) output terminal.
