Color Bar Graphs

The color graphs are designed as an intuitive way to gauge the weather at a glance. The left color bar graph represents the respective Indoor/Outdoor temperature, heat index or dew point of the current display mode. The right graph represents the respective Indoor/Outdoor humidity. As the measurements change, the number of illuminated bars changes automatically.

Trouble-Shooting

Disconnected Signals

If the receiver unit does not receive a transmission from a remote unit channel for 1 hour, the display will show dashes. To correct this problem:

1.Go to the remote location of that channel to check that the unit is properly positioned, within the appropriate transmission range.

2.If new batteries are faulty on the initial installation, install fresh batteries. If you did not notice the Low Battery icon warning and the product performed correctly after initial set up, the batteries have lost their charge. Replace batteries (see the Power Sources section of this manual.)

3.Check to make sure the transmission path is clear of obstacles

and interference.

1506 specifications

The Taylor 1506 is a guitar that epitomizes the balance between craftsmanship, aesthetics, and superior sound performance. Designed to cater to both seasoned musicians and enthusiastic beginners, this model offers an impressive set of features that make it a standout choice in the crowd of acoustic guitars.

One of the most notable characteristics of the Taylor 1506 is its body shape. The Grand Symphony design creates a broad and dynamic sound, offering a larger sonic profile that is ideal for strumming and flatpicking. This shape not only enhances volume but also provides a stellar projection that is essential for live performances.

The tonewoods used in the Taylor 1506 contribute significantly to its rich sound. The guitar typically features solid Sitka spruce for the top, paired with Indian rosewood for the back and sides. This combination creates a balanced tone with bright highs, warm mids, and a pronounced low end. The solid top allows the guitar to improve in tone and resonance over time, making it even more appealing as it ages.

In terms of technology, Taylor's Expression System 2 (ES2) is an innovative feature included in many 1506 models. This built-in pickup system captures the guitar's natural sound with unparalleled accuracy, ensuring that performers can amplify their music without losing the essence of the acoustic tone. The ES2 system enhances the overall performance capability of the guitar, making it perfect for both stage and studio setups.

The neck of the Taylor 1506 is crafted from tropical mahogany, featuring a comfortable profile that facilitates ease of playability. The smooth satin finish allows for quick hand movements up and down the fretboard, while a rosewood fingerboard adds a touch of elegance and responsiveness to the playing experience. The guitar is often fitted with a strictly aesthetic yet functional element: the single-ring rosette and elegant binding work together to make it visually stunning.

Furthermore, Taylor’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in their choice of materials and manufacturing processes. The firm sources woods responsibly and minimizes waste, ensuring that each guitar is not only a work of art but an environmentally conscious product.

Overall, the Taylor 1506 is a versatile guitar that combines stunning craftsmanship with high-quality sound and innovative technology. Whether you are playing at home, in the studio, or on stage, it delivers a rich acoustic experience that is hard to match. With its exquisite detailing, premium material selection, and remarkable performance features, the Taylor 1506 stands as a testament to the quality that Taylor Guitars is renowned for.
