Indoor emp rature rea ings – these are temp ratur s th thermometer’s location.
Outdoor temperature readings – these are temperatures th t can be me sured by he attache sensor probe. Open a window and run the cable t rough th opening s th t the sensor p ob is exposed to the outdoor temperature. Gently close the wind w to avoid crimping or evering the cable.
Altern tely,the prob may be used to meas re temperatures of q ar- iums, swimming pools, hot tubs, etc. Simply allow the end of the prob t hang where you wish to measure temperatures.
Press the “IN/OUT” button located on the back of the unit to switch between indoor and outdoor temperature displays.
An “IN” icon appears when indoor temperature is on the screen. An “OUT” icon appears when outdoor temperature is on the screen.
