General Operation
1.Press 0n / Off button to turn on.
2.Press ºF/ºC button to select temperature scale.
3.Insert the thermometer into the bottle of wine to check the temperature.
4.Leave probe in liquid until display stabilizes.
5.Clean by hand. Do Not completely immerse thermometer in water.
Auto Shut-Off Feature
This thermometer has been designed to allow a user to 'DISABLE' and 'ENABLE' the Auto
Battery Replacement
1.Pull back silicone stopper while looking at back of thermometer head, to reveal screw.
2.Remove screw from casing.
3.Pull case apart.
4.Slide old battery out of the compartment.
5.Put in new battery with '+' sign showing.
6.Replace thermometer head, screw and silicone stopper.
