High-Performance, Low-Profile Fryer Designed For All-Purpose Frying.

DEAN’S low-profile countertop gas fryers are designed for high production frying and sized to permit convenient replacement of low pro- duction units. Designed to provide a comfort- able working height, this fryer allows uniform integration with other countertop equipment for an attractive, functional kitchen lineup.

The TC25 uses a millivolt pilot system and has

a25-lb. (14 L) oil capacity, a 13.75” x 14” (34.9 x 35 cm) cooking area and uses 72,000 Btuhr. (18,136 kcal) (21 kW) input.

Make the most of your energy dollars with Dean’s exclusive Thermo-Tubes with controlled flow tube diffusers. The renowned design allows excellent transfer of heat to the oil for faster, high volume cooking. Less energy goes unused through the vent, resulting in:

Quick heat-up time.

Low idle cost per hour during slow periods.

Low gas consumption per load of product cooked.

Preserve the life of costly oil. Dean’s wide cool zone catches crumbs and sediment from the frying area. These particles are trapped in the cold zone where they do not carbonize, con- taminate oil or cling to fried foods. The bottom of the frypot is sloped toward the front and

is equipped with a 1” (2.54 cm) standard port drain valve.

Assure controlled temperature and rapid recov- ery. Dean’s accurate mechanical thermostat eliminates “loss-time” waiting between loads and requires no electrical hook-up.

Enjoy the peace of mind of Dean fryers and achieve long and dependable life through simplicity of design. Durable stainless steel dif- fusers and rugged burners keep maintenance to a minimum.

TC25 specifications

The Teac TC-25 is a direct-drive turntable that has garnered attention for its blend of vintage aesthetics and modern technology. This model is part of Teac's legacy in high-fidelity audio equipment, known for delivering exceptional sound quality and durability. As one of the more sought-after models among audio enthusiasts, the TC-25 is characterized by several standout features that contribute to its performance and appeal.

One of the primary technologies utilized in the Teac TC-25 is its direct-drive mechanism. Unlike belt-driven systems that can introduce noise and require more maintenance, the direct-drive system provides instant speed stability and consistent playback. This results in a clearer sound with less wow and flutter, which audiophiles appreciate for a more accurate representation of the music.

The TC-25 comes equipped with a high-quality, low-mass tonearm. This tonearm is designed to minimize tracking errors and enhance the overall sound reproduction. The lightweight construction allows for smooth movement across records, improving the tracking of grooves and ensuring that even the faintest details are picked up without distortion.

Another notable feature of the TC-25 is its adjustable counterweight and anti-skate control. These adjustments enable users to fine-tune the tracking force and prevent stylus skipping, leading to an optimized playback experience. Users can optimize the turntable according to their specific cartridge, making it versatile for different preferences and vinyl collections.

The design of the Teac TC-25 also reflects a classic aesthetic, with a wood veneer finish that adds elegance to any audio setup. The solid build quality helps reduce vibrations that can interfere with sound performance, further enhancing the listening experience.

Additionally, the TC-25 supports a variety of cartridge types, allowing audiophiles to customize their sound signature. Its compatibility with both moving magnet and moving coil cartridges makes it a flexible choice for the discerning listener.

In summary, the Teac TC-25 turntable stands out for its combination of a precise direct-drive system, high-quality tonearm, and elegant design. Its adjustable features cater to vinyl enthusiasts looking for a personalized audio experience, making it a notable contender in the world of analog playback. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and sound excellence, the TC-25 continues to be a favorite among collectors and casual listeners alike.
