Never leave the appliance running without supervision.

CAUTION: Do not try to stop the extraction head; let it come to a stop on its own.

Only use pure granulated sugar or flavoured/coloured sugar specially designed for candy floss when making your candy floss.

To make coloured candy floss you can also use edible powdered food colouring to colour granulated sugar.

As Candyfloss is sticky and sugary, to avoid accidental damage to furniture, carpets or other expensive household items, we advise using the Candyfloss Maker in the kitchen.

Do not position the Candyfloss Maker near a fan or air conditioner as the Candyfloss will not wind well.

Set the switch to position “1” (F).

When using for the first time, a slight odour and smoke may be produced for the first few minutes.

Preheat the appliance while empty for approximately 5 minutes.

Switch off the appliance (position 0) (G) and let the extraction head come to a complete stop.

Place 1 to 1 1/2 spoonfuls of sugar in the centre of the extraction head (H). The maximum amout of sugar is 1 1/2 spoonfuls.

Take care to distribute the sugar evenly in the well to avoid spattering.

Switch the appliance back on (position 1) (F).

After 2 to 3 minutes, candy floss will start to form in the bowl.

The melting sugar is hot and care should be taken when using the appliance.
