INSTRUCTION

Obi-Wan Kenobi is the young Jedi apprentice to Qui-Gon Jinn. Obi-Wan uses his comlink to keep in constant contact with Qui-Gon’s party while on the planet Tatooine.

INSERTING THE BATTERIES

To insert the batteries, have an adult open the battery compartment cover at the back of the unit. Insert ONE 9-volt or 6LR61 battery in each unit or equivalent as shown. (Battery not included)

TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTION:

–DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW BATTERIES.

–DO NOT MIX ALKALINE, STANDARD OR RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES.

–BATTERY INSTALLATION SHOULD BE DONE BY AN ADULT.

–NON-RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES ARE NOT TO BE RECHARGED.

–RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES ARE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE TOY BEFORE BEING CHARGED (IF REMOVABLE).

–RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES ARE ONLY TO BE

CHARGED UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION (IF REMOVABLE).

–ONLY BATTERIES OF THE SAME OR EQUIVALENT TYPE AS ECOMMENDED ARE TO BE USED.

–BATTERIES ARE TO BE INSERTED WITH THE CORRECT POLARITY.

–EXHAUSTED BATTERIES ARE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE TOY.

–THE SUPPLY TERMINALS ARE NOT TO BE SHORT-CIRCUITED.

TO OPERATE:

1.Turn the ON/OFF VOLUME dial to the ON position.

2.Slowly adjust the ON/OFF VOLUME dial to the desired listening level.

3.To send a message, press and hold the TALK button with the microphone about 4" from your mouth. Speak directly into the speaker/microphone in a normal voice.

4.To receive a message, release the TALK button.

5.To turn off the walkie talkie, turn the ON/OFF VOLUME dial until it clicks into the OFF position.

CAUTION/DEFECT OR DAMAGE

High temperature will destroy the unit.

Do not leave unit in direct sunlight.

Clean only with a piece of soft dry cloth.

Replace battery at the first sign of erratic operation.
