[6-6] Snapshot detail description

This function controls the data record function of the drive equipment which specifies a trigger condition and saves the specified signal.

The difference with traceback described above is that whereas the trigger condition of traceback is limited to faults, the user can set the trigger condition freely with snapshot. Also there is a difference in the number of saved signals (up to 60 signals for traceback and 8 signals for snapshot) and the number of samples that can be saved (up to 512 samples for traceback and up to 1024 signals for snapshot).
