Watching Television Programs

4Use the arrows on the remote to scroll through the list of current television programs and channels available from your television service provider. The TV Guide displays the channel and network, as well as the show title and scheduled time block. The number of days displayed depends on your television service provider.

To view a program, double-click it, or select it with the remote control and click OK.

5Press OK on the remote to select the program that you want to view. Media Center displays a detailed description of the program at the bottom of the screen.

If the program is live, press Watch to view the program.

If the program is not currently playing, press Record to record the program.

You can have Media Center automatically connect to the Internet and update your Guide.

NOTE

Not all Internet Service Providers support this feature. Check

 

with your service provider for more information.

 

 

You can manually update the TV Guide in the Media Center Settings window at any time, even if you have automatic updates set up.

If the TV Guide has not been downloaded from the Internet because there is no Internet connection, the message “No data available” displays next to each channel.

The number of channels and calendar days of TV listings depends on your television service provider.

The TV Guide does not display past TV listings.
