This set has been designed and manufactured to assure personal safety. Improper use can result in unit’s overheating or fire hazard. The safeguards incorporated in this unit will protect you if you observe the following procedures for installation, use and servicing. This unit is fully transistorized and does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the user.
1.Read owner’s manual
After unpacking this product, read the owner’s manual carefully, and follow all the operating and other instructions.
2.Heat
The product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other products that produce heat.
3.Water and Moisture
Do not use this product near water - for example, near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink, or laundry tub; in a wet basement; or near a swimming pool and the like.
4.Cleaning
Remove all cables and battery from this product before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
5.Object and Liquid Entry
Never push objects of any kind into this product through openings as they may touch electrical parts and could result in a fire or unit’s overheating. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product.
6.Attachments
Do not use attachments not recommended by the product manufacturer as they may cause hazards.
