Information for Owners of SD-P2800 Portable DVD Players

To ensure the satisfaction of our customers and to maintain the integrity and quality of our products, Toshiba Gulf FZE is issuing an important product update.

We have identified an issue related to the car adaptor included with portable DVD player model SD-P2800. Although we have not received any reports of this issue occurring, theoretically, it is possible that the car adaptor,when used to power the player for playback

,may become hot to the touch, the car adaptor casing may become deformed, and the car adaptor may cease to function.

If you own portable DVD player model SD-P2800, please contact Toshiba Customer Solutions at +97148817789 to obtain a new, improved car adaptor free of charge. Replacement car adaptors will be available beginning on July 25th, 2007.

Please note that the car adaptor should never be used to charge the battery pack. Always remove the battery pack from the player before using the car adaptor to power the player for playback. Please see the owner’s manual for this product for additional safety and operational instructions.
