4.2 Quick Setup

4.3WPS

WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) can help you to quickly and securely connect to a network. This section will guide you to add a new wireless device to an existing network quickly by WPS function. The WPS function can be configured on the page (shown as Figure 4-3), only when you have the device working in Access Point mode.

Note:

The WPS unction is only available when the Operation Mode is set to Access Point; in other words, if you select Range Extender as the Operation Mode in Figure 3-4,the WPS function is not available. In that case, the WPS page will appear as Figure 4-2.
